General Returns and Exchanges:

  • Time Frame to Request an Exchange or Return: You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return. Please communicate your request through our contact email, providing your order number and details about the reason for your request.

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it. Please ensure all accessories and original tags are included.

  • Shipping Cost for Return or Exchange: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product to our facility.

  • Exchange or Return Process: Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the requirements, we will proceed with the exchange for the new product requested or, if applicable, process the refund. You will be notified of the status via email.

Exchange for Factory Defects:

  • Time Frame for Notification: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange by submitting clear images that show the defect. Please communicate the issue through our contact email within the first 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchange Process: Once we have reviewed the proof images and approved the exchange, we will proceed with shipping the new product. The shipping costs for returning and replacing the product will be covered by Manta Mantra.
